(2) the storage tank area shall be kept clean and tidy, and the fire dike shall be free of hay, oil and combustibles

(3) the drainage system in the storage tank area shall be provided with water sealed wells; The drainage pipe outside the fire dike shall be equipped with valves for the modified plastic products independently developed and produced; When the oil tank discharges water, a special person shall be assigned to monitor and remove the residual oil in the water sealed well in time

(4) non explosion proof electrical equipment and high voltage overhead lines shall not be installed in the tank farm

(5) the storage tank area shall be provided with fire dike as required, and the fire dike shall be kept intact

(6) the top of oil storage tank shall be free of oil stain and ponding. Insulation measures shall be taken for inlet and outlet oil pipelines and valves of oil storage tanks

(7) the light transmission hole, ruler hole cover and gasket on the top of the oil storage tank shall be kept intact, and the hole cover shall be tightly covered. The oil measuring port shall be equipped with non sparking metal gasket

(8) the base of breather valve and hydraulic safety valve on oil storage tank shall be equipped with flame arrester. The flame arrester shall be inspected at least once a quarter

(9) flexible hose compensator shall be installed on the inlet and outlet oil pipeline of oil storage tank

(10) the steel oil storage tank shall be equipped with lightning protection and anti-static grounding device, and its grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10. At least one grounding point shall be set every 30m along the bottom of the tank, and at least two grounding points shall be set for a single tank

(11) the lightning protection and anti-static grounding device shall be comprehensively inspected every spring, and the test grounding resistance value shall meet the requirements

(12) two flexible copper wires with a sectional area of not less than 25mm2 shall be used to connect the floating ship of the floating roof tank with the tank wall

(13) the oil storage tank shall operate within the safe tank position

(14) when the condensate oil level is higher than the heating coil, the steam riser shall be used for heating first, and then the steam coil shall be used for heating after the condensate is dissolved

(15) do not wear chemical fiber clothing and shoes with nails. The non explosion-proof flashlight shall not be turned on or off at the tank top

(16) hot work and tank cleaning of oil pipelines in the storage tank farm shall comply with industry regulations
